1.1 Introduction — These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EntrepreNERD website and online store (the “Website”) operated by EntrepreNERD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2 Acceptance of Terms — By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old, you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and you accept and agree to be bound by them. You should also read our Privacy Policy.

1.3 Updates to Terms — We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.

2.1 What We Sell — EntrepreNERD sells physical card games and related merchandise through our Website. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but may be subject to minor variations.

2.2 Idea Submission Programme — We operate an idea submission programme through which players can submit business ideas created during gameplay. Submissions are reviewed at our discretion and may be eligible for funding, mentorship, or support. Participation is voluntary and subject to additional terms that may be communicated at the time of submission.

2.3 Availability — All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify offerings at any time.

3.1 Placing Orders — When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when your payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing — All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3.3 Payment Processing — Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

3.4 Promotion Codes — Promotion codes are subject to specific terms and conditions, may have expiry dates, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4.1 Shipping Area — We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

4.2 Dispatch & Delivery — Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

4.3 Delivery Issues — If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

5.1 Returns Policy — You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is in its original, unopened condition. Please contact us to arrange a return.

5.2 Damaged or Faulty Items — If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5.3 Refund Processing — Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item (or approving the refund for damaged goods).

6.1 Our Property — All intellectual property rights in the Website, game, brand name, logo, card designs, and content are owned by or licensed to EntrepreNERD. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6.2 Idea Submissions — By submitting a business idea through our Website, you grant EntrepreNERD a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to review, evaluate, and discuss the idea for the purposes of the idea submission programme. Full IP terms will be agreed separately if an idea is selected for funding.

7.1 Service Availability — The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

7.2 Limitation — To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9.1 Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.3 Jurisdiction — Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10.1 Entire Agreement — These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EntrepreNERD regarding use of the Website.

10.2 Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

10.3 Waiver — No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further waiver of any other term.
