Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate UK shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24. The shipping cost is shown at checkout alongside the product price.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, all orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Do you have discount codes?
Yes! We occasionally offer promotion codes. If you have a discount code, you can enter it during checkout on the payment page.

The Game

How many players can play?
EntrepreNERD is designed for 3-8+ players. It works great with any group size, though we find 4-6 players is the sweet spot.
How long does a game take?
A typical game takes 30-60 minutes. Your first game may take a bit longer as you learn the rules.
What age is the game suitable for?
We recommend the game for ages 14 and up. Younger players who are familiar with strategy games may also enjoy it with some guidance.
Is the game difficult to learn?
Not at all! The rules are straightforward and we've included a comprehensive instruction booklet. Most players pick up the basics within the first few turns.
Can I really win money by submitting a business idea?

Orders & Returns

What is your returns policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The game must be in its original, unopened condition. Please contact us to arrange a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
