- We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future.

- We offer flat-rate UK shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24. The shipping cost is shown at checkout alongside the product price.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Will I receive tracking information?
- Yes, all orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Do you have discount codes?
- Yes! We occasionally offer promotion codes. If you have a discount code, you can enter it during checkout on the payment page.
The Game
- How many players can play?
- EntrepreNERD is designed for 3-8+ players. It works great with any group size, though we find 4-6 players is the sweet spot.
- How long does a game take?
- A typical game takes 30-60 minutes. Your first game may take a bit longer as you learn the rules.
- What age is the game suitable for?
- We recommend the game for ages 14 and up. Younger players who are familiar with strategy games may also enjoy it with some guidance.
- Is the game difficult to learn?
- Not at all! The rules are straightforward and we've included a comprehensive instruction booklet. Most players pick up the basics within the first few turns.
- Can I really win money by submitting a business idea?

Orders & Returns
- What is your returns policy?
- If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The game must be in its original, unopened condition. Please contact us to arrange a return.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- We're sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
